Collection: Blockprint kimonos

I chose these kimonos from the Claire Beaugrand brand which is part of the philosophy of India Sampatti by wanting to transmit and perpetuate the art of block-printing, and to promote the work of women and the recognition of their know-how in within communities.

These Kimonos are hand printed in the purest Indian tradition and under eco-responsible conditions.

Each block corresponds to a pattern and a color; the craftsman juxtaposes them with skill and patience to obtain the final print. Small imperfections are evidence of this artisanal work and make each kimono a unique piece.
