A cashmere pashmina stole will keep you warm with elegance, tied as a scarf around your neck or draped on the body. Very light and wrinkle-resistant, you can easily slip it into your bag and take it everywhere with you, including summer for cooler evenings.

Pashmina is the finest cashmere, down produced by the Changthangi goat to protect against the extreme temperatures of the Himalayas. It lives at an altitude of more than 4500m where in winter temperatures reach -40 to -50°C.

In spring during moulting, breeders comb the goats to harvest this precious down, only 70 to 100g per goat.

Its exceptional softness and warmth as well as its rarity make this pashmina a precious fabric.

All our pashmina stoles are hand-woven in Srinagar, India. Pashmina comes from the Himalayas where traditional breeding and harvesting methods are respectful of the animal.
